How to install the APP and link it to my bike?

  1. Download the app on your mobile. Available for iOS and Android.

  2. Register: Enter the app and tap “Sign Up”. Enter your email, personal details, and create a password. You’ll receive a link in your email to validate your account. Click it, and you’re all set! In 1 minute, you’re in.

  3. Link your Panot: Log in and tap “Associate new bicycle”. Enter your bike’s association code: PANOTBIKE_XXX (where “XXX” is your bike number / Important: do not place zeros in front). You can also link it using your bike's serial number. Allow the app to use your location. And that’s it! Everything controlled from your mobile.

What is MyPanot?

MyPanot is your customer area on the web. The app lets you control your bike (lock, alarm, location and statistics, depending on the model); in MyPanot you manage everything else: your subscription, your invoices, your repairs and your documents.

What can you do in MyPanot?
  • Check your bikes and your plan Your plan, price, next invoice, minimum term and the accessories on each bike.
  • Request a repair In a few steps: pick the bike, tell us what’s wrong and where it is.
  • Track your requests Status, assigned mechanic and visit date. You can also book an in-store appointment.
  • Download your invoices All your invoices and credit notes as PDFs, whenever you need them.
  • Manage your payment method Check and update your payment method whenever you need to.
  • Keep your documents at hand Official proof-of-possession certificates for your bike and handover documents.
How do I log in to MyPanot?
  1. Go to my.panotmobility.com.
  2. Enter the email you used to sign up with Panot.
  3. We’ll send you a one-time code (and a direct access link). Enter it and you’re in. No passwords.
