2. You pay the first month when you book. Your subscription only starts on handover: you don't pay for the wait.
3. In your MyPanot account you can follow your place and the estimated handover date. You can cancel at any time before handover: we refund the first month.

## Priority booking: your questions
What is priority booking?
You choose your Cowboy and your plan, and pay the first month. That secures your place: we hand over bikes every week, in order of booking.
Are the Cowboys available?
Yes. The bikes are available; we prepare them and hand them over in groups every week so we can welcome you properly. Your place and the estimated handover date are shown in your MyPanot account.
Do I pay while I wait?
No. You only pay the first month when you book. Your subscription starts on the day you receive the bike.
Do I lose that first month?
No. It counts as your first month of subscription. The next payment is taken one month after handover, when you're already riding.
Can I cancel before handover?
Yes, at any time, from your MyPanot account. Your booking is cancelled and we refund the first month to your original payment method.
What if I choose the 6- or 12-month plan?
The commitment starts when you receive the bike, not on the day you book.
