How does Panot work?

Panot offers a subscription-based electric mobility service so you can have your own quality electric bike. In addition to your Panot, the subscription includes technical assistance and anti-theft protection so you can enjoy all the good things about owning a bike without all the bad things about owning one.

How can I upload my Panot?

Our bikes come with a removable battery and charger that you can easily plug into any standard outlet, so you can conveniently charge your bike's battery at home, at the office or anywhere else.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Contact us through our email hey@panotmobility.com and we will guide you through the cancellation process.

    "Muy contento con la bicicleta, se siente muchísimo más ágil, cómoda y segura que otras opciones que hay en el mercado, y junto con la autonomía de la batería y la potencia del motor, se sitúa varios escalones por encima del resto. Además el precio es súper competitivo y el servicio hasta ahora ha sido muy bueno, por lo que me parece sin duda la mejor manera de moverse por la ciudad ahora mismo."

    "La bici va muy fina, tira bastante, la batería aguanta mucho y te quedas tranquilo aunque duerma en la calle. Mejor que otras opciones que había probado, se siente más bici eléctrica y menos bici "electrificada". Y es muy bonita la verdad, me han preguntado ya en varios semáforos! La cesta es además muy comoda y práctica!"
