## Conditions d'utilisation
La simple utilisation du Site confère la qualité d'utilisateur du Site, qu'il s'agisse d'une personne physique ou morale, et implique obligatoirement l'acceptation complète, pleine et sans réserve de chacune des clauses et conditions générales figurant dans les présentes mentions légales. Si l'Utilisateur n'est pas d'accord avec ces clauses et conditions d'utilisation, il s'abstiendra d'utiliser le Site.

À cet effet, l'Utilisateur s'engage à NE PAS utiliser les Contenus à des fins ou avec des effets illicites, interdits par les présentes mentions légales ou par la législation en vigueur, portant atteinte aux droits et intérêts de tiers, ou pouvant de quelque manière que ce soit endommager, rendre inutilisable, surcharger, détériorer ou empêcher l'utilisation normale des Contenus, des équipements informatiques ou des documents, fichiers et tout type de contenu stockés sur tout équipement informatique propre ou sous-traité par Panot, d'autres Utilisateurs ou de tout internaute (matériel et logiciel).
L'Utilisateur s'engage à ne pas transmettre, diffuser ou mettre à la disposition de tiers tout type de matériel présent sur le Site (informations, textes, données, contenus, messages, graphiques, dessins, fichiers son et/ou image, photographies, enregistrements, logiciels, logos, marques, icônes, technologies, liens, conception graphique et codes sources), ou tout autre matériel auquel il aurait accès en sa qualité d'Utilisateur, cette énumération n'étant pas limitative.
En conséquence, l'Utilisateur ne pourra pas :
- Reproduire, copier, distribuer, mettre à disposition ou communiquer publiquement de toute autre manière, transformer ou modifier les Contenus, sauf autorisation écrite et explicite de Panot, titulaire des droits correspondants, ou lorsque cela est légalement autorisé.
- Supprimer, manipuler ou altérer de quelque manière que ce soit le « copyright » et les autres données identifiant la réserve de droits de Panot ou de ses titulaires, les empreintes et/ou identifiants numériques, ou tout autre moyen technique établi à des fins de reconnaissance.
L'Utilisateur devra s'abstenir d'obtenir, et même de tenter d'obtenir, les Contenus par des moyens ou procédés autres que ceux mis à sa disposition à cet effet ou habituellement employés sur Internet, à condition qu'ils ne présentent pas de risque de dommage ou de mise hors service du Site et/ou des Contenus.
## Propriété intellectuelle
Toutes les marques, noms commerciaux ou signes distinctifs de quelque nature que ce soit apparaissant sur le Site sont la propriété de Panot ou, le cas échéant, de tiers en ayant autorisé l'usage, sans que l'utilisation ou l'accès au Site et/ou aux Contenus ne confère à l'Utilisateur un quelconque droit sur lesdites marques, noms commerciaux et/ou signes distinctifs, ni ne lui cède aucun des droits d'exploitation existant ou pouvant exister sur ces Contenus.
De même, les Contenus sont la propriété intellectuelle de Panot, ou de tiers le cas échéant ; les droits de propriété intellectuelle appartiennent donc à Panot ou aux tiers en ayant autorisé l'usage, auxquels revient l'exercice exclusif des droits d'exploitation sous toute forme, et en particulier les droits de reproduction, distribution, communication publique et transformation.
L'utilisation non autorisée des informations contenues sur ce Site, ainsi que l'atteinte aux droits de propriété intellectuelle ou industrielle de Panot ou de tiers, engagera les responsabilités légalement établies.
## Hyperliens
Toute personne souhaitant établir un hyperlien entre son site Web et le Site devra respecter les conditions suivantes :

“Site”: the domain www.panotmobility.com made available to Internet users.
“User”: any natural or legal person who uses or browses the Site.
“Content”: all of the pages making up the domain www.panotmobility.com, which bring together the information and services that Panot makes available to Internet users. They contain the messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technologies, links, textures, drawings, sound and/or image files, recordings, software, presentation, graphic design and source code and, in general, any type of material present on the Site.
“Web”: technical term describing the system for accessing information via the Internet, configured by means of pages created in HTML or a similar language and programming mechanisms such as java, javascript, PHP or others. “Hyperlink”: technique by which a User can navigate between different pages of the Site, or on the Internet, by simply clicking on the text, icon, button or indicator containing the link.

## Terms of use
The mere use of the Site confers the status of user of the Site, whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily entails the complete, full and unreserved acceptance of each of the clauses and general conditions set out in this legal notice. If the User does not agree with these clauses and terms of use, the User shall refrain from using the Site.
This legal notice may be amended and updated; the version published by Panot may therefore differ each time the User accesses the Site. The User must therefore read it each time they access the Site.
Through the Site, Panot provides Users with access to and use of various Content published on the Internet by Panot or by authorised third parties.
The User is bound and undertakes to use the Site and the Content in accordance with the legislation in force, this legal notice and any other notice or instruction brought to their attention, as well as with generally accepted rules of conduct, morality and public decency.

- Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available or communicate to the public in any other way, transform or modify the Content, unless expressly authorised in writing by Panot, as holder of the corresponding rights, or where legally permitted.
- Remove, manipulate or alter in any way the “copyright” notice and other data identifying the reservation of rights of Panot or of its right holders, fingerprints and/or digital identifiers, or any other technical means established for recognition purposes.
The User shall refrain from obtaining, or even attempting to obtain, the Content by means or methods other than those made available to them for this purpose or commonly used on the Internet, provided that these do not entail any risk of damage to or disabling of the Site and/or the Content.
## Intellectual property
All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs of any kind appearing on the Site are the property of Panot or, where applicable, of third parties that have authorised their use, and the use of or access to the Site and/or the Content does not confer on the User any right whatsoever over said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs, nor assign to the User any of the exploitation rights existing or that may exist over such Content.
Likewise, the Content is the intellectual property of Panot or, where applicable, of third parties; the intellectual property rights therefore belong to Panot or to the third parties that have authorised their use, to whom the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights in any form belongs, and in particular the rights of reproduction, distribution, communication to the public and transformation.
The unauthorised use of the information contained on this Site, as well as any infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of Panot or of third parties, shall give rise to the liabilities established by law.

## Limitation of liability

## Consumer mediation
