How does Panot work?

Panot offers an electric mobility subscription service so you can have your own high-quality electric bike. In addition to your Panot, the subscription includes immediate assistance and anti-theft protection so you can enjoy all the benefits of having a bike without the downsides.

How does the 7-day trial work?

When you subscribe to any of the Panot Bike plans, you will have a 7-day trial period, applicable exclusively to new users in Barcelona. During this time, you can try the e-bike and its accessories with no commitment. If you decide not to continue with the subscription, you must return the bike within this 7-day period from the date you picked it up or received it.

How can I cancel my subscription?

De todos es sabido que Panot Mobility es una empresa con alma de Barcelona. Pero yo realmente creo que el alma de Panot es Denis, "el de la barba y el remolque" un auténtico profesional que no le pone mala cara ni a los días nublados.
