This information sets out and governs the terms of use, the limitations of liability and the obligations that users of the website published under the domain name www.panotmobility.com assume and undertake to observe.

Definitions

“Website”, the domain www.panotmobility.com made available to Internet Users.

“User”, a natural or legal person who uses or browses the Website.

“Content”, the pages that make up the entirety of the domain www.panotmobility.com, which comprise the information and services that Panot makes available to Internet Users. The mere use of the Website confers the status of user of the Website, whether a natural or legal person, and necessarily entails full, complete and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the clauses and general terms and conditions included in this Legal Notice. Should the User not agree with the clauses and terms of use of this Legal Notice, they shall refrain from using the Website.

This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates, and therefore the version published by Panot may differ at each moment the User accesses the Portal. The User must therefore read the Legal Notice on each and every occasion on which they access the Website.

Through the Website, Panot provides Users with access to and use of various Content published on the Internet by Panot or by authorised third parties.

The User is obliged and undertakes to use the Website and the Content in accordance with the legislation in force, the Legal Notice, and any other notice or instructions brought to their attention, whether by means of this legal notice or anywhere else within the Content that makes up the Website, as well as with the generally accepted rules of conduct, morality and good customs.

Likewise, in accordance with all of the above, the User may not:

The unauthorised use of the information contained on this Website, as well as the infringement of the Intellectual or Industrial Property rights of Panot or of third parties included on the Website who have assigned content, shall give rise to the liabilities established by law.

Panot excludes, with the exceptions provided for in the legislation in force, any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the lack of availability, continuity or quality of the operation of the Website and of the Content, or to the failure to meet the expectation of usefulness that users may have attributed to the Website and the Content.
