What is the power and range of the Panot Bike?
In Europe, electric bikes can have a maximum power of 250 watts, and ours does too, allowing you to reach speeds of up to 25 km/h. Thanks to its central motor and 80 Nm torque, you’ll have the perfect power to overcome any slope, even with a load, as well as the best acceleration to move safely and comfortably around the city.
Moreover, the Panot Bike has a range of up to 100 km, so you won’t have to worry about charging it all day — you’ll go and come back, and go and come back, and go and come back…
Can I take a child seat on the Panot Bike?
Yes, and it can be securely anchored. Our seats are mounted directly onto the bike frame, preventing your child from bouncing with every bump and making each ride safer. Your Panot Bike has a load capacity of up to 120 kg.
Can the Panot Bike stay overnight outdoors?
Of course! In fact, this is one of the main advantages of a subscription bike: it’s designed to sleep on the street. The Panot Bike includes an anti-theft system (double lock, GPS, etc.), so you can sleep peacefully while thieves have a hard time.
Another key point: all our e-bikes come with Comfort Anti-Theft Protection, and if your bike is stolen, we provide you with a replacement.
With the Panot app, it gets even better: you can lock the motor and activate the alarm when parked, get notifications if someone touches your bike, alert us immediately, and geolocate your bike 24/7 (in case you forget where you parked or need to retrieve it).
What happens if my bike breaks down?
No worries! All Panot subscriptions include technical assistance within the city of Barcelona. If your bike breaks down, just contact us and we’ll help solve it.
Panot offers two types of technical assistance, depending on your plan:
- In-store assistance: Included in all subscription plans. Bring your bike to our store at Carrer de Balmes 362, 08006 Barcelona, and our technical team will repair it as soon as possible.
- Home repair within 48h: An optional extra service that you can add to your subscription plan. If activated, we’ll come to wherever your bike is in Barcelona and repair it within a maximum of 48 working hours (no need for you to move on).

What happens if my bike gets stolen?
Our bikes feature an anti-theft system with a double lock and GPS, making theft very difficult. It’s easier for someone to steal another bike than a Panot.
Also, all our subscription plans include Comfort Anti-Theft Protection, covering 80% of the bike’s cost in case of theft. You would only pay the remaining 20% if the bike was properly locked.
If you prefer full coverage, you can select Total Anti-Theft Protection when subscribing, covering 100% of the cost, including accessories (excluding the battery).
If the worst happens, we’ll help you file a police report and replace your Panot.
What is the difference between Comfort Protection and Total Protection against theft?
Comfort Protection is included in all plans at the base price. This coverage protects you in case of theft, covering 80% of the bike’s cost, provided it was properly locked at the time. In that case, you would only need to pay the remaining 20%.
If you prefer more comprehensive coverage, you can add Total Protection to your subscription for an additional monthly fee. With Total Protection, 100% of the bike’s value is covered (as long as the lock was correctly used), and the value of the accessories (excluding the battery) is also included in case of theft.
Both options give you peace of mind, but if you want maximum coverage and zero worries, Total Protection is the way to go.

Does Total Protection include home repairs within 48h?
No, they are two different services and must be contracted separately.
Total Protection covers 100% of the bike’s value in case of theft, provided it was properly locked, and also includes the value of the accessories (excluding the battery). It is a coverage designed to protect you against theft, not mechanical issues.
On the other hand, the 48-hour home repair service is an independent extra that you can add to your subscription. With this extra, if your bike breaks down, we will come to where your bike is to repair it, without you needing to move it.

Can I carry 1 child on the Panot Bike?
Yes, you can carry 1 child in a seat installed on the rear rack. Panot Bikes are certified for child transport. Seats are securely anchored to the frame for better stability.
There are two types of seats:
- For children from 9 months to 4–5 years (up to 22 kg)
- For children up to 6 years (up to 35 kg)
Only one seat per bike is allowed. Total load capacity: 120 kg. If you have any doubts about which option is best for you or how to set it up, contact us and we’ll help you choose the solution that best fits your needs.
Can I carry up to 2 children on the Panot Bus?
Yes, the Panot Bus is certified to safely carry up to 2 children with their respective seats or other types of cargo, as long as the total load doesn’t exceed 200 kg.
We offer two types of child seats:
- For children from 9 months to 4–5 years (max. 22 kg)
- For children up to 6 years (max. 35 kg)
